Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your items. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return the goods to us. Please read the full policy below.
Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within **14 calendar days** after purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition without any damage. If goods are damaged during transit, a fee of 30% to 70% will be charged based on the extent of damage. Refunds cover the full product price plus original shipping fees.
Return Process
Contact our customer service to obtain the return address. Once you have the address, securely repack the item in its original packaging and **include your purchase proof**.
Return shipping is complimentary under certain circumstances. If the return is not due to an error on breaye.com’s part, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will process your return or exchange after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow a minimum of 14 working days for processing upon receipt. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email notification once the return is fully processed.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Custom-made products
- Digital products

Orders can be cancelled before delivery within the valid cancellation period specified on our website. There is no time limit for order cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped out. We will process all new orders within 2–3 business days after placement.
Additional Terms
1. We cover all shipping fees if items arrive defective or damaged.
2. Expedited shipping fees (voluntarily selected premium delivery services) are non-refundable.
3. Please contact us for detailed refund procedures. We will complete the refund within 3 working days after receiving and verifying your returned package.
4. Detailed return instructions will be provided upon request.
5. To proceed with your refund, reply via email and attach photos or videos of the package. The refund will be issued within 3 working days after review approval.
6. We take full responsibility for goods damaged on arrival and offer free repair, replacement or full refund. We also cover all return shipping fees for faulty items.
7. The overall return period is within 30 days. Return shipping fees are covered by us for quality-related issues; customers are responsible for shipping costs for personal reason returns.
